- Real Estate: Identify all US Residential and Commercial Real Estate with an NREX Certificate ID®. List all US Residential and Commercial Real Estate with the NREX Registry®. Make available to all styled individual and institutional investors all marketed (“For Sale / “For Rent” / “For Trade”) US Residential and Commercial Real Estate on the NREX Exchange.
- Mortgages: Identify all US Residential and Commercial Mortgages with an NREX Certificate ID®. List all US Residential and Commercial Mortgages with the NREX Registry®. Make available to all styled individual and institutional investors all marketed (“For Sale or “Trade”) US Residential and Commercial Mortgages on the NREX Exchange. The NREX will also bring to and open up various hybrid mortgage investments similarly associated with mortgage-backed securities (MBS).
- Liens: Identify all US Residential and Commercial Liens with an NREX Certificate ID®. List all US Residential and Commercial Liens with the NREX Registry®. Make available to all styled individual and institutional investors all marketed (“For Sale or “Trade”) US Residential and Commercial Liens on the NREX Exchange.
- Financing: Make mortgage and construction financing available through an NREX Finance IPO®. Identify and underwrite US Residential and Commercial Mortgage and Construction-to-Permanent Mortgage Applications. Rate and list all approved NREX Finance IPO® applications for investment by all styled individual and institutional investors.
- Purchase / Sale Contracts: Purchase / Sale Contracts (or a Purchase Contract / the First Right / Option to buy or sell), as well as, other styled products will also be available through the NREX Exchange® which will add additional diversity and opportunities to investors seeking to capitalize on the real estate markets.
- Blockchain Integration: Blockchain is a specific type of database. It differs from a typical database in the way it stores information; blockchains store data in blocks that are then chained together. As new data comes in it is entered into a fresh block. Once the block is filled with data it is chained onto the previous block, which makes the data chained together in chronological order. Different types of information can be stored on a blockchain but the most common use so far has been as a ledger for transactions. The NREX will be fully compatible in all blockchain formats and functions.

- The NREX Exchange® will make available the NREX Research® platform which provides to individual and institutional investors a research tool and service through which users can monitor and analyze real-time market data, pricing and values, market trends, existing liens and mortgages, historical sales records, property and tax collector records and more.
- Additionally, the NREX Research® platform will be a place where investors can obtain news, price quotes, make soft or hard offers, conduct price negotiations and send instant messages across an NREX® proprietary secure (person to person/buyer to seller) network.
- The NREX Research® platform will be tied into the NREX Registry® which will provide open access to real estate across the US as opposed to Multiple Listing Services (MLS) which limit access to realtors through costly annual paid-membership subscriptions.
- Additionally, the NREX Research platform will allow for instant access to data and research, a function similar to the Bloomberg Service without having to leave the NREX Registry®.

- STO (Security Token Offerings) will also be made available as public offerings in which tokenized digital securities, known as security tokens, are sold in cryptocurrency exchanges, or security token exchanges.
